Microphone and Voice data: Audio input captured strictly when the merchant or customer voluntarily taps the microphone to interact with the AI assistant or record spoken campaign feedback. Audio is converted into text in real-time for conversational intelligence. Background audio is NEVER monitored or recorded.

Document and verification data: copies of identity documents, NID or KYC documents, selfie verification images, business registration records, and related verification information when required for compliance or onboarding.

We use your information to provide and improve the SwapnoPay platform, process transactions, verify merchant identity, prevent fraud, support account operations, and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
